Full Family Annual Membership - $400.00 (1 weekly pick up from June 12 through September 25th)
Annual Half Membership--$250.00 (1 weekly pick up from June 12 through September 25th)

Payments and signed subscription form:

Form and checks can be mailed to 7388 N. 750 W., Frankton, IN 46044. Please do not mail cash. Make checks payable to David Anderson.

Share sizes:
Individual size/half membership (one small box weekly or approximately 1/2 full paper grocery sack)

Family size/full membership (one large box weekly or approximately a full paper grocery sack)

Pick up day: Saturday, 9AM to 12:00 Noon.

I understand that payment for a full membership of Mission Berry Farms, CSA entitles me to one weekly pick-up of fruits and/or vegetables grown and harvested at Mission Berry Farms. This is a commitment between me and Mission Berry Farms, CSA, and I recognize that I will share in the risks of the growing season along with other members and the farmer. It is my responsibility to pick up my share on time. If I do not pick up my share or have someone pick it up for me, my share will be donated elsewhere. I also understand my payment is considered a share or investment in local produce and that it is non-refundable, and that by signing this agreement I understand the inherent risks associated small farming and the laws of nature—understanding that a poor or bountiful harvest is not guaranteed.
